I agree but up to a point. The only way you get a politician's ear for anything meaningful to happen is to line their pockets with special interest money and campaign donations. Let's not pretend that the 99% of politicians are corrupt and self serving. The only real change that has happened in this world has come from the public leading the charge. I do not believe (for example) the Civil Rights Movement would be, or could be, effective in 2022. The power of citizens today appears to be less than the power wielded 60 years ago. Some of the loss likely comes from the widening partisan division. Congress seems to primarily, possibly only, concerned with petty grudges and identity politics. When our representatives vote and act due to personal bias we clearly see high levels of dysfunction. Nothing gets done. Much more could be accomplished when policy - along with values etc - was the focus.

Predicting there will be another pandemic when history is full of examples of past pandemics doesn't make someone evil, it's really just common sense. Maybe...I also think the vaccine has red pilled a bunch of people. It barely works, it's at best a temporary therapeutic, and it has a horrible side effect profile. A lot of people got it initially because they bought the "safe and effective" (tm). It's neither. I would expect a lot of people to opt out the next time around simply based on their observations on this one. A lot of people who got the jab aren't planning to get a booster.

I never got vaxxed. I THINK I got Omicron during Christmas. I have no idea though. It felt like a flu, The whole thing was gone in a handful of days.


So I never got vaxxed and I'm glad I didn't. HAving said that, if they ever allow the traditional irradiated whole virus vaccine, I would not be opposed to taking that one.
