I messed up too- she saw I messaged girls on tinder back in 2020 and 2021 DMING others. (she was overweight back then -but now started losing weight rapidly and as soon as things started getting better she ended it because she couldn't stop thinking of me messaging other girls in the past and exposing her.

Anyways, hit your hobbies hard, live healthy, reach out to friends and as others have noted bang some randos if that's your thing. You'll feel better in a few months at the most. Whatever you do don't just sit at home and dwell on things.

Once you feel that pain you will never have feelings for another woman and that’s good I think. We have expectations I think of what we see our parents had but we in the west will never have that. I have actually been rejected so many times and in sone bad ways that I don’t think I care anymore. I just expect it. Bish I’m with now us actually going to a super bowl party this week with her exes friends. Her ex is in a relationship but they don’t want me there. Ask me f I care. I don’t. all you have to do is go no contact and delete her from your life. Don't check on on her social media. She doesn't exist anymore. No pics, no vides, nothing.
