as someone who takes a lot of supplements I can definitively say there is no performance benefit to pre workouts at a certain level of lifting skill. If anything they cause too much anxiety when you get really good at lifting and most top level lifters actually avoid them and opt for the opposite type of a pre Workout(emphasis on the W). Dead serious, theres been a lot of top level powerlifters and bodybuilders being more open about it now that its becoming more legal and theres actual research on highly trained athletes using it and gaining a performance enhancement effect.

Just something interesting I have found how you kind of start off using pre workout and eventually when you get really skilled its the opposite.

it does still have a good pump effect and that in turn can make you "feel" like you are hitting muscles better despite improper technique, but it still makes you look juicy so its all good.

Agreed but I'm pretty fukking far from being a top level bodybuilder. I do have pretty good form on everything though. Could always be better of course

from those all ingredients the only worth ones are caffeine and citrulline malate.

So just drink a monster and get citrulline by itself, way cheaper.

Also, you aint felt chit until you blow a line as preworkout.
