I'm 5'11, 172lbs. No idea about BF but I'd say 16-17%.

dont take this the wrong way but you dont have any muscle tone that we can see. you need to EAT, EAT, EAT and then when you have the time EAT. 5-11 175...i naturally made it to 6ft 208 10%bf. you have a long way to go dude. stick with it and bulk until you are over 200lbs. then cut up for that summer but wait until then. no use in cutting when there arent any muscles to show.

it is near impossible to tell bodyfat% from a picture of you with your shirt on. If you are that embarrased to take your shirt off to have us guess your bodyfat percentage then you need to diet down to where youa re comfortable. You dont even need to know your bodyfat percentage to assess your goals.
