Our grandchildren will learn it was "for the greater good." The end goal of mRNA vaccines is fighting cancer, preventing and even treating it by inducing immune responses. mRNA vaccines weren't making it out of the lab for a very long time from now without a global pandemic thrusting them out.
Some cancers will be prevented in 2040 and afterward. And all it cost was millions of lives in 2020-22.....and a few extra million cancer deaths worldwide in 2020-25 caused by lockdowns. And lots of general misery and mental illness. And trust in public health and doctors. But hey, didn't a super friendly guy say if you want to make an omelet you have to crack some eggs?Light weight!
