Do you like my new dog? He's harmless, it's not the breed, it's the owner, if you raise them right pits grow up to be man's best friend

Lol @ people defending fully automatic assault dog. When’s the last time a blood hound or a border collie ripped a kid’s arm off
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

Don't train a Chihuahua and it will bite your ankles.
Don't train a Pitbull and it will literally rip your arm off.
Yeah, if training is the underlying issue here and the majority of Pit bull owners don't care to train their pit, then just ban the breed. We as a society gain absolutely nothing from having this breed here.[Dallas Cowboys][Dallas Mavericks][Texas Rangers][TCU*NCAA][DFW Crew]

There are glowies on the misc now. Don't fall for the bait.

The dog is never to blame. Just like a gun is never to blame. Both are weapons and the responsibility does truly lie with the owner. However, it would be foolish to suggest that in either case, there is anything safe about mixing kids with guns or pit bull dogs. A pit bull is bred specifically for aggression. That tendency toward wild aggression is deep in its DNA and because of that, that's why the critter is totally innocent. It can't resist the urge to kill because humans put that urge inside of it. If you have pit bulls, don't have kids. Those dogs consistently kill humans and other dogs. I'm sorry but those are the facts. No one wants to look at their fur baby and see something so terrible, but the truth is in those stats.
What I love about living in the country is that I can let my yappy small dog run around and not be fearful of pit bulls. I still have to carry and I also will get a coyote vest for my little bear but I'm less scared of the coyotes than of pit bulls."I can see clothes of silk, if materials that do not hide the body, nor even one's decency, can be called clothes ... Wretched flocks of maids labor so that the adulteress may be visible through her thin dress, so that her husband has no more acquaintance than any outsider or foreigner with is his wife's body." - Seneca the Younger starting the misc tradition of moral outrage and pearl clutching instead of lifting.

lol the whole point of humans creating the canine species is that at the very baseline with zero training they are not a threat to family. you don't have to train a golden retriever to not rip the arm off a fkin toddler, they are born with the normal canine instinct to like humans who aren't a threat.
pits may have use as a backwoods hunting companion, but they are not a real dog they are more of a wild animal that can be tamed easily, but never really domesticated. as a dog they are an absolute trash breed.

I run 5 miles every single day in my community and I carry a razor sharp benchmade knife on me specifically for pitbulls. If I ever get confronted or see a pitbull attacking someone its game on.
I had my chocolate lab running with me one day and a pitbull took chase and attacked her while I did everything I could to protect her. I ended up having to full on soccer kick the pitbull in the ribs about 5-6 times before it finally ran off.
I also have an uncle and his dog was attacked in similar fashion by a pitbull. He ended up having his hand completely shredded apart by the thing trying to save his dog, a city bus driver actually saw the attack happening and pulled over and killed the pitbull with a tire iron to save him.
Hate this breed of dog with a passion.Last edited by sennas; 12-19-2021 at 07:34 AM.

Said it a hundred times, the breed should be made extinct. You can be a very careful intelligent person walking down the street going about your business and a bunch of these run round the corner and tear your face off. I was attacked By a Rottweiler a few years ago at night time with nobody around to help, and it was strong as ****. But after I gave it about 9 hayemakers to the eye socket it ran away and I had a deep bite mark on my wrist and leg. if it had been a pitbull I wouldn’t be alive or would have very serious injuries.
Remember the guy that gave up? Neither does anybody else.

my family friend lives up north on a farm. The farm nextdoor got two rescue german sheppards. One attacked, and mauled my friends face. He needed surgery. Police came, and I think the dog was put down. Not too long later, the same family adopts another german sheppard and it comes up to his porch growling and he got a shotgun and blew its head off. Wasnt taking no chances.
Soon after the family left. Not because of any lawsuits or anything, they just probably are uninsurable now lmao
