How to beat a sports betting addiction?
Srs brahs. Lost like $30K in the past 3 months. I can weather that but this problem seems to be getting worse. I got into cash-league fantasy basketball this season and broke a long spell of no non-familial female intimacy a few weeks ago, but these didn’t help at all. I still bet too much and lose too much. I used to be good at sports betting but I’ve been missing almost everything lately. Wtf. What do? Need to stop before I lose everything good in my life. Help. Advice. Thanks.

My approach is to scale up 100s of bets across all UK football leagues playing on a Saturday. Pretty good with data/numbers and try to focus on shorter odd selections. I make sure I'm disciplined and never chase if it's not my day. Betting/trading ain't for everyone. You can end up homeless if you play like a degenerate. If you 100% want out then put up site blocks and just save what money you do have and invest it.
