    1775 in 5 hours times 4 is 7,100 20 hours is a lot at 200 lbs at the time. Maybe if I was 150 at 20 years old.

    You can train for 50 total reps, mixing up your sets and reps. Fewest sets, fastest time, pyramid the reps decreasing the rest time... Lots of volume

    Again losing fat would be help greatly.

    I did them in HS and in the Marines I do more now than any other time. There and oddity, do anywhere feat of strength.

    nice. i do 3x12 daily after my dumbbell workout. i'd prefer a straight single bar like you have but my gym only has the diagonal handles which suck and aren't as fun.
