Yeah so ? You've got old people dying that voted for trump and decided to not be vaxxed. Old people are usually more conservative. THAT makes more sense than the rest of it.

I didn’t read anything about this claim, but keep something in mind. The largest demographic of liberals are the youth. Ages 16 to about 35 (it’s gone up as we live longer). This is historically accurate all the back to the 19th century, ranging around the world. As an individual grows passed those ages, they become more and more conservative and their ideals change. As these individuals become educated, get married, start having families and careers, they grow to want to keep those things safe and preserved.
So even if there was something to this, it’s important to see that republicans are likely an older demographic. One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

If either of you read what I said earlier, I already addressed this.
The number supposedly takes into account what the death rates were BEFORE AND after vaccines came out. It shows a widening of the gap after 2020. So yes, even if you account for an older demographic, it doesn't account for the gap increasing.
Unless there's some other factor I didn't think of.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

It's actually much simpler than whatever cockamamie scheme you've come up with to explain this measurable pattern amongst covid deaths after vaccination has been widely available in the US.
https://www.brookings.edu/blog/fixgo...and-ethnicity/
According to a report from the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF) released on Sept. 28, gaps in vaccination rates across racial and ethnic groups have virtually disappeared—while gaps reflecting political affiliation have widened substantially.
Of Americans surveyed from Sept. 13-22, 72% of adults 18 and older had been vaccinated, including 71% of white Americans, 70% of Black Americans, and 73% of Hispanics. Contrast these converging figures with disparities based on politics: 90% of Democrats had been vaccinated, compared with 68% of Independents and just 58% of Republicans.

Because most conservatives are older, and most liberals are younger. Which is the at risk group for covid? Doesn't take a rocket scientist.

Yeah because the covid numbers are so trustworthy... fukin moron. People like you will be the end of freedom. Idiots that just go with the flow because the super trustworthy government, big Pharma companies, and MSM tell you what to think. It's literally not even a vaccine.

11-09-2021, 04:49 AM #56Some conservative writers have tried to claim that the gap may stem from regional differences in weather or age, but those arguments fall apart under scrutiny. (If weather or age were a major reason, the pattern would have begun to appear last year.)

It’s helpful to understand that when the government, as well as the minority or other half, attempt to force their will onto others, they will become distrustful. This is also a reality often ignored. A well-informed public will often make good decisions. The same is true in sociology as well as economics.
Kolko, and later confirmed by RFK Jr, although through slightly different processes, that regulation artempts to reform and control society and capitalism are fruitless because all attempts will be hijacked by the very people whose behavior you are trying to reform/control. It’s important to know that this is confirmed by science, although there are groups of people who have ideologies that don’t believe people can be summed up with any science, but rather believe they can be controlled through coercion.
We must always remain diligent in maintaining liberty, which means unity without conformity. Attempts at conformity just leads to unintended results, As the Democrats are now demonstratingLast edited by Kraken; 11-09-2021 at 12:09 PM.
