I listened to the jury selection yesterday and holy chit. The prosecutor has spent the last year convincing people in Kenosha that Kyle is a white supremacist that went into a peaceful protest with a mac 10 and started spraying. People in that town literally think that's what went down and most of them have already decided he's guilty.

Yeah a hispanic kid went into a crowd full of black people and shot 3 white guys - white supremacist. Unfortunately the prosecutions strategy is to convince everyone in the town that kyle is guilty by lying about him so strongly that it won't matter what they see during the trial. It doesn't help that Kenosha is a place where a lot of people think self defense should be illegal anyway.

Absolute stone cold lie through his teeth. It's clearly and purely on video evidence that Kyle was retreating and Rosenbaum was chasing him. I get lawyers are trying to win but good lord standing there and flat out lying is abhorrent.

The prosecutor is trying to make the argument that Kyle chased Rosenbaum, shoots him, doesn't offer him medical attention, then flees the scene.
So if someone breaks into my house to kill me and I shoot him I am somehow required to provide him medical attention otherwise I have reckless disregard for his life? Horsechit logic.

Yes the prosecution contradicted themselves. "all the crowd knew was that he was an active shooter" while simultaneously pretending Kyle was a bastard for not rendering aid WHILE ALSO STATING a doctor from the hospital ACCROSS THE STREET had already came.

Prosecutor said that basically Kyle had turned around to leave. Then heard a gunshot. Then "2.5 or 2.6 seconds later" was engaged by Rosenbaum. Who in their righ....er "reasonable" mind would not immediately be in fear for their life or great bodily harm?

So then a mob comes after him and the guy the prosecution is now trying to paint as just a skateboarding enthusiast gets shot after attacking him with a skateboard. Again... seems reasonable. Then of course the guy shot who was pointing a gun at him...
