Need help, want to use fat burner.

I'm new at this, not working out, but using fat burners. I want to maximize my weight loss without having any bad side effects. (I don't want to be jittery/have an effect on my heart)

I have looked into many fat burners/work out enhancers and have found a few I think might be good. I def want to take NO Explode with my work out but was also thinking about using LipidFX and Sesamin. Alot of people like all three products but i just wanted to know if it was safe to take all three at the same time. Again, i don't want to be all jittery and have an effect on my heart. Plus, i like cardio so I need to be able to run while i'm at the Gym (no puking or anything weird) HELP, i have a good diet (could be better but still pretty damn good) and am working out about three-four times a week (will go more as i progress). I don't need to drop ten pounds by tomorrow but i would like to lose a pretty good amount by summer....HELP HELP HELP! thank you all in advance!!!!

But please check out the rest of the site.. nutrition/weightlifting/cardio are the important parts. Fat burners just speed things up a bit.

Designer supps basic cuts is mild as far as stims, but have a look at the nonstim stuff.

that anabolic pump looks like its a good "herbal" fat burner that doesn't speed up your heart... from reviews...

but i dont know ...

is BB.com still sold out of that? the product is pretty new only came out recently
