Fellas,
I have a question about what to eat before and after HITT Training. I am about to start doing HITT 2 days a week. I workout 3 days a week. I'm trying to get back into working out. I'm still in good shape, but took about 8 weeks off. I'm 6 ft., 240, 17% bf. I used to play rugby at UT Austin. Anyway, I don't do HITT in the mroning. Too hard for me considering that I'm in school. So, I do HITT between classes. How long before HITT shold I eat and what should I eat afterward, if I'm trying to lose weight more than gaining muscle? I'm eating a protein shake today 1 hour before HITT, but I know that HITT burns fat for about 4 hours after HITT training, so shold I eat anything right afterwards, 1 hours afterwards, 2 hours, etc? And what should it be -- protein only, protein and carbs, same as a PW meal? Thanks fellas.
