Iron Logs 12 Week 'higher Power Creatine Ethyl Ester' Log/review

ok fellas this is a new one because my old thread was acting realy realy weird!!!!!

Hey guys there is only one good review that I have found about CEE on here, a very good bro by the name of warbird00 did a log and it was nicely detailed. Everybody else just complains about the taste. Well it is time for my log! My log will not bias to one side (one side being CEE a wonder supp or, the side stating the ethyl ester attachment being B.S.). Here is a small bit of background info on me.

Im 16yrs old.
As of 1 week ago I have been lifting for exactly 3 yrs.
I have only tried creatine mono a long time ago for like 3 weeks during my first yr of training.
I've never realy used any muscle building supplements other than ON whey.

My diet/calorie consumption will be split into the following:
Protein intake- 1.5g/lb of bodyweight
Carbohydrate intake- 1.5g/lb of bodyweight
Fat intake- .27g/lb of bodyweight (yes that is .27x your bodyweight)

I will be timing my carbohydrate intake, last two meals will be low in carbs.


Im not posting my daily calorie consumption because as my body changes it will change to meet the requirments above.

Training:
5-6 days a week

Cardio:
30min. jog, go 2 days on 1 day off *repeat

Other Suplements being used:
AST Multi pro vitamin
On whey protein
synephrine (for increased workout intensity)

Dosing protocol for CEE:
Workout days:
5grams 1hr. prior to workout
5grams within 30min. post workout

Off days:
7.5grams in the morning upon wakeing.
2.5grams in the evening

I know my doses may seem alittle higher than reccomended but I am just a bit skeptical of the ethyl ester attachment so I am being on the more effective side and dosing it similar to monohydrate, if any bad sides shall become apparent I will lower my dosage. I will also be ingesting the CEE along with 20-30carbohydrates; Im doing this regardless of its membrane permeable capabilities.

I will update this every 2 days for the first 2 weeks then I will just update is every week following that.

at the very end I will give a reveiw regarding each of these performance enhancment effects of the supplement:
Streangth
Muscle gains
Weight gains
Fatloss
Energy
Side effects
And an overall reveiw/reccomendation of the supplement.

Tomarrow is when this starts. I will then give my full stats including weight, hieght, age, measurements, bf% approximation, also some pictures!!

*NOTE to everyone who ends up reading this log/review*: Not all my gains can be contributed to the CEE supplement use. I am going to be using it with an extremely solid diet and very intense and well planned training program, supplements are mearly supplements they dont do the work for you!!

Thanks bro! Ive done my research on creatine but more so on the training methods, diet stratagies/metabolism, I also know alot about the bodies endocrine system (hormonal system). because I read ALOT in the new england journal of medicine, the journal of clinical endocrinology and metabolism, as well as pubmed. I pretty much know everything from skelatal muscle contrations to nutrient uptake my muscle cells, hell I even know a tad bit about DNA and RNA transcription/replication by the nucleus of the muscle cell during hyperplasia as well as anabolism!

anyways thanks bro! I will keep this updated in a very explainatory and detailed way.

Ok pics and stats here we go.

age- 16, just turned 1 week ago (march 7th)
hieght- 5'7
weight- 190lbs
bf%- Im going to say 12-13%

Measurments:
arms- 16" both of which are on the dot.
forearms- 13"
chest- 46.5"
waist- 34.5"..ouch! lol
quads- 25"
calves- 16"

all of the measurments were litteraly on the dot!

Day 1:
Today my diet has been perfectly on key, supplementation was done correctly. anyways I took 5g of cee 30min. prior to my workout, I will be one to vouch that it is very horrible tasting but SUCK it up!! about 20min into my workout I felt alittle 'boost' but I think it was psycological; a placebo effect if you will. but I deffinatly felt stronger! and I broke my deadlift record today! 425lbs for a single, that was in the middle of my workout and on my last set of dead (before I had done 225 for 15, 315 for 10, 405 for 3).

anyways it was good.

DAY 4:
I would say my muscles are a bit fuller throughout the day, I also feel as if I get better muscle contraction. Not much as of right now but Im sure it will get better within the next 10 days.

Day 7:

WOW, this stuff is realy starting to show some impressive things in just one week, my streangth is starting to go up a bit but its more so of an endurance and explosiveness during reps not exactly higher weight. Now Im acctually starting to see some cell volumizing effects as well, not amazing though.

here is the realy realy cool part! I am up 5lbs!!!!!! Im not kidding, its not subcutaneous water retention because Im still vascular, and there is no way it is strait up muscle BUT; I speculate that it is water within the cell. thus proving it is doing what it is suppose to do, more water in the muscle cell increases protein sythesis so Im pretty sure gains are about to get realy good. In all hopes.

hello, nice log!
I started HP CEE on sarterday 24-03-07.

I am taking 2.5gr on an empty stomac in the morning
2.5gr before and after each workout

It is more then what they say on the tub.

I am not sure a pre-workout dose is usefull tough?

Anyone got any idea about how many time it took to the body to store creatine CEE as creatine phosphate into the muscles cells?.

Seems to a little faster with CEE, but I don't have anything to back that up- the price is definitely right on HP CEE tho

sorry guys. Ive recently gotten REALY busy with school and work. I stopped taking it and Im saving it till summer.

all together it was a good expeirence. I think I was just starting to get the best results when I stopped.

Im very sorry and I realy did try hard on this log but I dont have much time to train right now till summer is over. Im only able to train like 2-4 days a week.
