ive been waiting 450 days for my form 4 - am i fukced? anyone know if i could just return the purchase? this is ridiculous.

I'm at 449 days as of today, 5/25/21 - 8/17/22 which is nearly 15 months.

I called my dealer last week and they said 15 to 16 months is about as long as you can expect to wait. So any time now, hang in there bro.

No idea if you can get a refund.

Should be a time limit, and if it exceeds that it is considered approved. Think they do that for concealed permits here.

Some people urged me to contact my senator, and I did and explained our dilemma as 2A supporters.

No idea if they'll actually do anything about it. The AFT will probably just stick my application at the bottom of the pile if the senator does contact them lol

Finally had time to set up my dies and reload 9mm. It's really easy, and I should've started with 9 instead of 65cm. Just bought 1000 147 gr fns for $122, so I'll be at 17cpr.

Hopefully by the time I'm out of the 5k SPPs I bought prices will be better.

I was speaking about the old paper Form 4 which always took a long time. eForm 4 wasn't available a year ago. And it's also starting to take a long time.

The AFT received my eForm 4 on 7/1/22 and I'll consider myself lucky if it's approved by February.

Yeah, should have mentioned I knew yours was paper. Mostly just a stream of consciousness observation on how I was initially optimistic that the eform process was going to be a big improvement, but that my optimism is fading rapidly. Hope you and brbgoingindry both get yours soon.

The last rail was a pain in the ass (that's what she said!). Trying to work around the sharp pic rails and fit the handguard retainer cut my hands to shreds...

It turns out that mine came with the 5.5mm pivot hinge. My PSA has a 4.5mm hinge. I tried to Wile E. Coyote it by shimming the pin with some electrical tape, but wasn't happy with the result. I had to call my buddy in St. Petersburg who is going to try to get me a 4.5mm PT lock without customs seizing it.

Once again, ****ing sanctions man.

I contacted Tom Cole's (R-Oklahoma) office and had my stamp about a week later. The process was less painful than dealing with the bored, annoyed AFT agent charged with fielding calls from us peasants.

Yeah it's pretty much still BCM for a high quality, generally available, fair-enough priced upper.

That's what i figured. I have all the parts, i can make this pistol, very easily, into a solid firearm with a 16" upper. Just wonder if 300BLK is worth it or just roll since i already have 5.56 ammo.

My oldest son is a junior in HS. Youngest hasn't started school yet. Mine went back a couple days ago, and I was having some feels. My wife had them worse though. I felt like a wellness check on her was a good idea the first day they went back.

You're looking at well over a dollar per round for decent subsonic 300 blk.

And about a dollar per round give or take for decent supersonic ammo.
I personally don't see the point of supersonic 300 blk. Might as well just stick with 5.56.
