    6-OXO ONLY cycle

    I guess I'm going to give this on a shot. I saw the article on 1 fast 400 and find it a little hard to believe that it raises natural test so much. I myself have tried 1-AD, vpx sports 1 + 4-test cypoinates, mag-10, and andro nitrate3 fuel. None of which have given me any kind of results(just hairloss and acne). I think back now and realize that I was probably too young for andro products so I'm done for good. So I thought I'd try 6-OXO as an alternative. Anyways, Im 18 and some of my current stats are...

    5' 11 3/4" @ 203
    Arms-16 1/2 unpumped
    bench-225x8
    13% bf
    ....just to give a slight idea without going into much detail....

    my schedule looks like this...
    Monday-chest, biceps, forearms
    Wednesday-shoulders, triceps, traps
    Friday-legs, back

    I will also be taking glutamine, protein shakes, and amino acids along with my trial. I WILL also consume 350 to 400 grams of protein and 5000 calories a day.

    I'll evaluate and post my results every sunday night. I'll post my routine and answer any questions if you all want.

    400-500g protein, 5000cals? You have a hyperactive thyroid or something?

    I get protien mostly from the shakes. I want to get bigger but with minimal fat...thats why im doing 4000-5000cals and not more. I run 28miles a week...2miles in the am than 2 in the pm and am just hungry all the time i think mostly because of that.

    Thats a ton of running. Unless you run track, is it really necessary if youre trying to bulk?

    I'm pretty happy for my size and I'm actually going to fire school in january so I would like to be in a little better shape. I'd like about 10lbs of muscle but i do think it'll take a while if i run that much.
