    How many calories do fat burning supplements burn per day?

    I've been on an ECA stack before, and probably will do so again to supplement my diet and exercise right now during my cutting phase, but I was wondering on the whole, how well do fat burning supplements work (calorie-wise)?

    I know they work, and I don't need info on how they work, but I wanted a sort of ballpark figure of how many extra calories they burn per day~

    i.e. full daily dosage of ECA Stack probably metabolizes your body to burn an extra 100-200 calories per day~~ (just an estimate)

    Does anybody want to venture a calorie per day number?

    a big part of how most fat burners work is by suppressing appetite and increasing activity level. I would say at there highest, with a great stack, maybe a 10-15% BMR increase, maybe 20% if you go all out. EC, one of the cornerstone fat loss stacks, is beleived to increase by apprx 3-5%. Of course you can add goodies to increase that.

    I will say that for some people, maybe those with some type of metabolic impairment, these stacks seem to increase it more. Seem, I really cant say for sure.

    but as stimulants the increase in activity can be quite significant, leading to a lot higher increase in total cals burned through the day. How much, in my opinion, varies a HUGE amount.

    wow, thanks for the quick and great reply.

    As for appetite suppresant and increased activity, I don't think I can benefit too much from there. I do various forms of cardio about 30 min - 1 hr. every day (sports, running, etc.), and I'm walking around campus for a good 30 minutes - 1 hr. total every day. My diet is at about its minimum susetenance level too - 1800 healthy calories per day about. (i'm 5'10, 172 lbs.).

    Like i inferred in my post, I'm mainly looking forward to the boosted metabolism for the extra calorie burn from supplements. I also have 8am classes every day, and for me in the mornings I'm only half awake for them. I enjoyed the slight energy boost I got from ECA stack, and I found it to help out my concentration in the morning (kinda just like having a cup of coffee).

    Thanks for giving me a different viewpoint, though. Burning an extra 100-250 calories per day from supplements won't make up for a bad diet or no exercise.

    i belive the additon of E will make u lose roughly 2 pounds more per month. this does not take into acount, however, that on E u will train harder in the gym (burn more cals) lose ur appetite(eat less)...
