    School mask mandate supporters...

I honestly didnt know the exact numbers, so I looked them up to see why so many school districts and states are pushing for masking kids.

    https://data.cdc.gov/NCHS/Provisiona...-Yea/nr4s-juj3

Literally less than 500 kids under 18 have died from covid since Jan 2020... So, why are we making kids where masks and fing them up for life?

ok ill preface this with I do NOT agree with mask mandates - however posts above are incorrect and misinformed. It literally has zero to do with teachers unions, teachers do not make any decision whatsoever. The unions are so that they're paid fairly and advocate for their benefits and whatnot. Fat AHoles with 6digit salaries doing nothing at city hall make these decisions, never once do teachers have any say.

#2 - no one thinks this virus kills kids. the thought is, they get infected, are fine - they visit grandma and spread it and kill someone else.

again, I'm not saying I agree with the mask mandates I 100% do not want my 2year old wearing hers in Prek3 this fall like she has to - its BS. but I felt you guys aren't smart. carry on men.

This is inaccurate. At every school board meeting in my district since coof started, our teachers union leaders has lead the charge for masks. It is Dishonest to act like teachers unions are neutral on the topic of mask mandates in school because they are very much not

Umm. You could not be more wrong about the teachers unions having nothing to do with mask mandates. Teachers unions all over the US are demanding mask mandates.

"Are children at lower risk of COVID-19 than adults?

So far, data suggests that children under the age of 18 years represent about 8.5% of reported cases, with relatively few deaths compared to other age groups and usually mild disease. However, cases of critical illness have been reported. As with adults, pre-existing medical conditions have been suggested as a risk factor for severe disease and intensive care admission in children.

Further studies are underway to assess the risk of infection in children and to better understand transmission in this age group."

I wonder how many cases there are for children under 12.

I wonder how many of those were false positive.

    Childhood should not be sacrificed.
