Black: Your Premium is higher because of the hereditary health issues commonly found in African Americans.
Gay: Your Premium is higher because of the increased risk of aids.
Trans: Your Premium is higher due to the increased risk of suicide and/or self harm.
Obese: Pay up fatty. Your kind is overwhelming hospitals.
Contact Sports: You gotta pay more due to injury risks.
Motor Sports: See above.
Homeless: If you could pay we would have to charge you more. You are unhealthy as fuk.
Smoke dope or do drugs: You pay the max premium.
Drink: You gotta pay more.
Antifa: Can't insure you. Too risky.
BLM: See above.
This is fun. I think we should roll with this.________

This is really about what the employee pays as their share of the monthly premiums. Delta is saying that if you don't have the vaccine (made up numbers time) we'll only cover 600 dollars of your health insurance instead of 800. So the employees will see an extra 200 bucks a month come out of their check.

Hell, the only unvaxxed people I know had previously recovered from COVID. Mandating vaxxines as a blanket policy without respect to people's ability (medically) to safely get one, or whether or not they are already immune is just terrible policy.
I forgot who said this but the quote goes something like this: "Tyranny could be defined as the willing and purposeful disregard for nuance."***Alabama Crimson Tide***

Lol.
I think if they want to change behaviors, then it would just work better to give a positive, intermittent reward...like a random refund..
I believe cognitive psychologists have found that works the best, and it avoids the animosity. So, every month give people a 1/6 chance of a partial refund on your premiums. (Edit..if got vaccinated/booster)

As a side note, since the rona is so deadly why the high health ins premiums? If I get it I'm dead in about 5-7 days??
I mean, this stuff= BAD NEWS.
It's a hell of a lot cheaper than cancer for the ins co's. You'd think they'd be happy I got it as opposed to some long drawn out disease.
It's not like they have to pay for the casket
Please, can I have another heaping helping lib posturing?Carpe Diem, BABY

Yes. If you are overweight, obese or morbidly obese the cost should rise exponentially. Same with smokers. A lot of insurance companies charge more for smokers why not increase for fattys too? It's a business and should be free to choose who they insure and don't and adjust price accordingly.
Also BMI is a failed system, doesn't account for swole folk.
