    Can I take creatine, beta alanine, and HMB?

    I'm looking for a little help getting over a fat loss plateau. I've been taking creatine all along and have thought about adding BA and/or HMB. I've searched for hours and have found plenty of research supporting BA+creatine OR HMB+creatine but not all 3.

    Can I take all 3 at once or should I do a cycle instead? I see mostly unanimous consensus that creatine doesn't need to be cycled on/off but some say that BA and/or HMB need to be cycled so I was thinking maybe creatine year round and alternate 4-6 weeks at a time BA or HMB?

    Is there a widely researched fat loss supplement I could try? Nothing with caffeine. I was thinking the muscle preservation and endurance factors would be nice to burn more via more intense workouts. Didn't really occur to me to try a fat loss supplement.

    I would focus more on diet and fitness than a fat loss supplement even at a plateau. Mix up your routine, find some new meals etc.

    If you were to try something most are heavy in stimulants (caffeine).
