Throw in another million from Ontario and AB is going to be booming soon. Chock full of people fleeing to the frontier of civilization.

On the down side.. these people are conservative voters that are going to be moving into conservative areas. Meaning the Liberals are going to be strengthen their positions in the areas conservatives are leaving. With the absence of these conservative voters, it becomes a battle between L and NDP. Bad news for any hope of getting a Cons PM again.
