You can go off of trt whenever you want. You will feel like chit for 4 weeks or so and then Youll just feel like you did before trt. Which shoulda been like chit to begin with or you didnt need therapy.

I plan on waiting to see what im at when im 15% body with my diet in check. I don’t struggle what so ever to lose fat or put on mass. I know eventually I will hop on though. Maybe when im 40 or something.

At 35 my strength and energy/cardio/endurance is better then ever so I’m just gonna keep going til I can’t do the activities I want +training or it’s hard to keep my energy up to do it.

Ngl would love to make some actual gains in size / strength like I used to instead of the long slow grind things have turned into, but don’t want to rely on taking somthing until I’m actually at a point I feel like I’m getting weaker/slower.

Although I do feel a bit slower and my recovery is definitely horrible compared to what it used to be.

Id imagine if were at the point where the world goes to ****, your test levels arent really gonna matter that much. Youd be at a point where diabetics also couldnt get insulin, basically there is mass chaos. TRT isnt gonna matter. Worst case is get a doc to prescribe you some clomid and hold onto that as a pct to rejump the pta.

200mg a week will definitely raise your test by more than 10%. Will probably double or triple it.

Pretty much this. I think the whole “trt shuts you down for life” is greatly exaggerated. Of course, you’ll be in for a bumpy ride, but there are things you can do to make it easier. And there are factors like initial baseline, age, health, dose, timeline of use, etc. that will impact where you can get back to and how long it’ll take. But every year there are tons of guys that discontinue trt. I know a guy who had terribly low levels, was prescribed 250 every 2 weeks(horrible protocol) and doctor took him off after a year. He felt great while on it and felt fine after coming off. Still has ups and downs, but then again that’s part of being human.


I still think it is a big decision and should be taken seriously, but it’s not like you’re doomed for life if you make the wrong decision.

Not much difference between 300 and 1,000. You don't really start to notice things until you get over 2,000. But then, you have sides to deal with and must cycle.
