People hog squat racks, benches, hack squats, cables, pull up bars. The worst is a group of kids using a squat rack for an hour when it’s busy af. If you want to use the equipment in groups go to the gym when people are not standing around waiting for a rack.

I don’t like feeling rushed in between sets when I know others are waiting. Even more so if I know they are better than me at lifting

People do curls in the squat rack with the barbell

The drinking fountain water I fill my bottle up with runs out of cold water

I don’t like to talk to people at the gym

I’m ugly lol I rather be around less people when deadlifting heavy and it looks like I am chitting myself. Also, if I fail a lift less people will see

I like a full gym just not 2x overbooked. Lots of older folks in my gym which is pretty motivational. I can see you raised an eyebrow. When I see a guy with a walker struggle to get into a machine to get his sets in my thoughts of excusing a lame workout because I am tired from work disappear.

For PPlower, here's a 500 walkout, I made this my poodle, this was so easy, I took big steps. I used to this all day long in my 20's. Anyone who thinks I can't walkout 600-700 after this joke is crazy.

I still train singles full rom but haven't went over 335 in several months, but that'll happen soon. The heavy partials with a "break" actually help increase those full rom squats...............................

I know the function of partials, I was doing partials when you were still jumping from nut to not in your daddy's sack. They were unimpressive back then and still unimpressive, but as I said before as long as you're impressed, that's all that matters.
