Nah to make gains as a natty you need to get your vitamin d levels up, take creatine and push yourself (get the biggest pump you can but don't overtrain like an idiot)
You can make gains pretty quick that wayPC specs

Yeah and he also has good genetics - most people see no progress at all.

Gonna have to see vids of those lifts. Hard to believe he can squat 405 and deadlift 465 based on those pics.

don't believe what you read about people's opinions on steroids. years ago i posted two pictures on misc that were 3-4 months apart and someone responded along the lines of 'expecting us to believe this a natural transformation is absolutely absurd.' little did the guy know it was 100% legit and i've never tried or even considered trying steriods. ever since then i knew in my heart of hearts that people have no idea what the fock they're talking about when it comes to steroids and probably proper nutrition and training for that matter
edit: found pics. this was just over 3 months and 100% achievable naturally. how do i know for a fact? because it was me and i proved it to myself. at the end of the day people will believe whatever they want to believe

Maybe he pulls sumo?
Seriously though when it comes to naturals, those lifts aren't about how much their muscles pop. They're pretty much intermediate lifts, especially the bench which is barely beyond beginner level. People are just used to seeing pussies rely on 'supplements' for gains rather than training so they think 275 lb bench is a special lift when it's not.

literally two side-by-side pictures of me "doubling" my quad size
...yes, they do. i did.
but i understand your position: if you considered that i was actually telling the truth then that would mean you'd have to admit your error in judgement and drastically redefine your concept of what's possible and what's not possible. it's much easier to just NOT believe me and wholly dismiss my claim. i notice you didn't even attempt to ask how i purportedly accomplished this before dismissing it entirely...
which is fine.

Apples to oranges. You clearly had a decent base from lifting experience already on the left and just took a break and got back into shape through muscle memory (strength and size both relevant). Would also assume you use sarms and claim natty on the right
Guy in the OP doesn’t look like he lifted a weight, so his gains are conservative for a gym noob who probably doesn’t know much about routines or putting on mass

100% correct.
i don't know what "sarms" is.
my "secret" is actually just coincidence: that i'd been training for years with little success. i starting eating a ridiculous amount after reading some book 'skinny 2 winner' or something like that from some black guy. i also did the push /pull routine with pretty much only compound exercises every session. i took protein, creatine, and i think a weight shake and this was when it all paid off. i gained over 20 pounds in just over three months. i got stretch marks in my upper arms.
here's the thing: i know i'm telling the truth and that's enough for me, i don't need to prove it to anyone. i attempted before and failed miserably. i don't care. you just have to understand how peculiar it feels to have someone guarantee you that you're absurd when you know the truth for a fact; the intensity with which they assert their conviction is the intensity with which they're wrong but no one knows it but you. it makes me chuckle. i swear it was essentially the exact same thread 10 years ago
