So I started a new job recently & find it hard to fit in some proper foods, so after some advice on that front
Started a job driving trucks of which I'm usually on the road for 10hr shifts so no access to microwaves/fridges etc
So after some suggestions people may have for some good tasting foods that still carry the nutritional value that won't make my training pointless
I mean doesn't have to taste amazing, but ideally nothing super bland
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance

i used to drive a van around for 10 hour shifts installing cable. i just brought a cooler with me most days. bring any food you like cold like sandwiches. or find places like gas stations truck stops, and 7/11s etc where they will let you use their microwaves.
between that and getting fast food/quick serve its no different than any other job really.2 time survivor of The Great Misc Outages of 2022

I used to work 15 hour days and my solution was:
Cold Food: Isolator Fitness Meal prep bags.
The 6 meal bag is very big, if you get one measure out where it will go in the truck first to make sure it will fit.
I am very happy with the quality of my bag and food boxes. They have held up very well over time and have kept food cold all day.
With 2 sets of boxes you can pop one in the dishwasher and travel with other and then swap them when you get home.
For Hot Food: They have a Thermos that keeps food hot for 12 hours: Check out YouTube "Rhino's Meals in a Minute: Meal Prep Tips for Traveling" to see it.
