I have been doing this for six weeks pyramiding befor that. had good results on both. Wanting to get stronger and the cut look. ThanksBeen lifting for around 2 years serious last six months.

Wanting to change up the routine.
Monday
Bench press 3 sets 8 255 lbs barley get the last one
Incline dumbbells 3 sets of 8 140 lbs
Decline machine 3 sets of 8 230 lbs
3 sets of 8 dips
skull crushers 3 sets of 8 60lbs
Close grip bench press 3 sets of 8 120 lbs
Standing calf raises 3 sets of max 225
Sitting calf raises 2 sets 115
Stair steeper 15 minutes HIIT
Wednesday
Dead lift 3 X 8 225
T bar3 x 8 180
Dumbbell rows 3 x 8 70
Lower back (reverse sit ups)
Shrugs 3 x 10 200lb dumbbells
Incline curls 3 x 8 90
Preacher curl machine 3 x 8 120
Hammer curl 70 lbs dumbbell 3 x 10
Sit up machine 100 lbs 3x failure
Stair steeper 15 minutes HIIT
Saturday
Squats 3 x 8 225
Leg press 3 x 8 400
Leg extension 3 x 8 255
Leg curl 3 X 8 245
Stiff leg deadlift 3 x 8 225
Milatary press 3 x 8 130
Front and side laterals same time 3 x 8 60

Maybe try a 4 or 5 day split for a couple of months, as they say a change is as good as a rest. Getting stronger will come from lifting consistently and the cut look is as much about diet as your training.
