I know eggs are good for but I've moved on from them due to the high amounts of omega 6. I try to balance my ratio and it's hard if you eat a lot of eggs lol. I replace the choline and other benefits of eggs with liver since it's lower fat and even more nutrient dense.

The vaccines have been proven to limit the spread of the virus BUT there is something called the DELTA variant now. The DELTA variant is significantly more transmissible than the original strains and scientists don't have all the data on it's effectiveness in limiting spread. What we do know is it decreases your chance of ending up in the hospital and possibly dying. We are not going to lock down again because we have TOOLS (vaccine) to fight back against the virus. Now if you live in bum**** no where and don't believe in being vaccinated and science that is your own problem and you will have to deal with the consequences if you have a bad case of COVID.
