Hi!
I am new. I am 166cm tall ( 5'5 ) weight 55kg (121). I would like to get into shape. Well toned and lean. I know that cardio is the most important of all.I plan to do 4 times cardio 45mins per week and 3 times strength training per week. What do you think? Any tips and adivce is welcome. Thank you
