My parents have properties and they hire a company to find renters for them. They reject everyone except for Asians and Whites with stable white collar jobs. Also no single parents allowed or young college students. Definitely no crazy cat ladies, they will give you hell.

Easiest way for a landlord to kick someone out is if they don't pay their rent. It's the best thing a landlord can hope for when dealing with a bad tenant

I've seen somebody (a GOOD tenant) get an eviction notice on the 2nd of the month cause their rent went up 5 bucks or whatever and they forgot and were 5 bucks short cause some landlords are such kunts around here

I think using a company might the be the way forward. Let them screen 1000 ghetto section 8 tenants and only send me the good five applications.

Can confirm. Am renter, and human/person and can say that any landlord would be horrified by my lifestyle. Humans (including myself) are horrible disgusting animals and I would hate to be around any of them or even have to talk to them on the phone.
