Ya, you guys heard right I want to be as strong as possible without looking big and buff. I really don't want to be too much buffer, but I still want to get stronger. Are there ways to gain muscle strength that will acheive this result?

powerlift. You should see some of the skinny teens on this board squating in the 300's all powerlifters.
