actually it doesnt whiten teeth it erodes the enamel.

any kind of extensive contact with an acidic liquid will cause it.

Apple cider vinegar is very good for wight loss as this gives you the feeling of fullness and brain will not make you to eat extra calories. Apart from it, this has very slow effect it takes around 5 - 6 months to shed some fat with healthy lifestyle.

Yeah, it can be helpful, but the main thing is - to remember about the doses of that cider. And if we talk about that - I can say for sure that one of the best ciders I've tasted - is Ty Gwyn 'Black and Browns' artisan blackcurrant cider, which I could find on this page which is totally related to fruit cider drinks, and where author compares all of the most famous tastes and companies.

Was doing it with a shot glass in the mornings years ago, caused damage to my eso****us. If you do use it make sure you heavily dilute it in water.

2 tbs with 2 tbs of lemon juice in water will take the edge off hunger if you're doing IF. I mix this with 2 tbs of psyillium husk tastes like a sweet tart. Glorious dumps the next day.

Honey and EVOO is the GOAT. I use another marinade with EVOO, soy sauce, and honey. Makes the chicken super tender if you let it sit for at least 4 hours.
