How are you monetizing the traffic? amazon? while i have seen a couple of people make some good money off authority websites dont think it's for me, I'm not a fan of writing even though i could outsource some bits i guess

I used to the offline marketing gig and I quitted because i didn't like dealing with SMBs not because there wasn't money or customers

Why did u end it? I'm trying to get into FBA right now and in process of setting up some ad campaigns on porn sites to drive massive cheap trafic

Well i didn't niche down industry wise and skills wise, I was trying to sell to any company and have a full scale agency which i don think works, you are better off finding one industry and only selling seo for example

how large was your team? If u were going at it alone, what is your skill set?

If i had to do it again i would just sell simple info sites to small businesses, forget about SEO, SEM, forget about eCommerce. Just set up the site, social media and hook them up with a google workplace license

I was outsourcing the work my background is actually tech

I tried that and that does not work maybe 5-10 years ago but not now smb business do not want websites they rather stick to their fb or ig page and very few are willing to update their existing one.

Even selling wordpress websites is a struggle

you need to be a sales or marketing guy to be able to pull it off and convince people that they are investing in their business (even if u are just taking their money)

Every dollar invested in your program is equal to more revenue and profit for them

This is why techies usually fail in the digital marketing industry, they think that it is a tech business when it is a people business first

Trying a affiliate business right now actually. Built the website and writing articles twice a week. Just started and have maybe 10 articles. Going to give it until ~30 articles , if no progress then pulling the plug

Need to build the traffic first but yes with Amazon or other retail partners in the space. It’s a pretty unique take / niche on a big market, but also a competitive market. So we will see how it goes

I have a backup site in case this one fails that actually has better traffic and zero content published lol
