Srs i'll eat every other day sometimes and workout on the days i eat. Upper lower split on those days. Upper rest lower rest repeat
FAST results and sometimes even gain a little strength
edit: i dont do the snake supplement thing. just eat every other day for like a month. did it once and dropped 12lbs while my lifts went ever so slightly up
