yep. Try some arch supports on amazon. if that doesnt help you might need to see a PT. alot of times PF isnt really from the feet, its from other imbalances that cause our feet to hit the ground the wrong way.

You can also ask your bf to give your feet a rub down. nomwutisayin?

I used to get this a lot and last year I got a massage gun and it really helped, I use it on my feet and calves at night before bed and now almost never get it in the morning so I say try a massage gun

Times like this, I always think about what pain really is. It’s not really there...it’s just nerve impulses. So just think of it that way and that should help.

This. If it’s right in the arch prob this. Real bad in mornings and be prepared for it to past for a long while in some cases. I had it in my left foot for nearly a year.

Edit: rolling your foot around in a tennis ball helps. Like whenever you’re sitting there miscing or watching something.

I had severe plantar fascitis when I tried to get back into running after ankle surgery. Felt like the muscles in the bottom of my feet curled up every time I took the weight off of them and it felt like I had to literally forcibly rip them apart to relax and lay flat every time I got up.

Eventually did physical therapy for it and they taught me, among other things how to flex my arches. Not a muscle you really consciously use, and when you first try it you tend to just squeeze your big toe. Eventually I strengthened it and now, years later can do it whenever I please. Thanks to that strengthening and forging the connection my feet have never been stronger and even minor plantar fascitis which I used to get is a thing of the past.

I tired all sort of massage techniques, braces to keep it extended at night, you name it, it seems like the arch strengthening was what fixed it.

the one I got is a Theragun, love it for the feet plus also recovery after workout using it on whatever body parts I worked that day, really reduces DOMS after leg day, been a real game changer for me tbh

i bought new shoes last year.. starting that i am seeing this issue. i used to wear them for walking.
not i am using them but once or twice a week when i go for walk

when I researched it I felt it was the one I would like best and would save me money in long run in case I bought a different one and didn’t like it and end up buying something else, really happy with how it works for me but I never tried any others so can’t say how the compare, also back when I bought mine think the price was slightly lower plus Best Buy had it on sale at the time

I had it a few years ago. I’ve had countless surgeries and injuries from sports. PF ain’t no joke. I ended up getting cortisone injections in the bottom of both of my feet. It did the trick along with some orthotics for my shoes. It lasted about a year, before I went to the doctor, but I never had it again after the shots.
