Yes, a healthy and varied diet renders a multivitamin to be pointless, in my opinion. I think a lot of people are of the mentality that it's "just in case", or "might as well". I don't find that to be particularly compelling.

I used to take NOW Adam but it seems to have been replaces by NOW male sports multi or something like that for my last few bottles.

I just take 1 though, i tested high for liver enzymes and my doc thaough it was too high in vit A. It went back down in a month taking 1 per day instead of 2.
