    how to eat canned tuna?

i REALLY dislike eating canned tunas because they taste so nasty if eaten right outta the can. what is a good way to give it a little more taste but not adding too much carb or fat?

i love adding mustard and relish to my tuna....or some onions, tomatos, mustard and jalapenos.

im cutting right now, so that may sound nasty to you, but oh i love it

If you're bulking or on keto, make yourself a thick cheese sauce from some hard cheeses. Anything you eat, put a little of the sauce on it, or use the sauce as a dip.

    Jeez...

All of these recipes take at least 5 minutes to prepare...just put a spoonful of mayo in with it.

Satay sauce is really good. Horseradish cream is great also.

If you have tuna in a post training meal, mix it into mashed potato and add some salt and pepper and you have a very tasty meal.

I eat it right out of the can, but if I'm bulking I'll put it in between some whole wheat bread. The other day I tried it with brown rice and soya sauce, and it tasted great. Might want to try that too.
