Tonight better end with MJF cleanly destroying Jericho in the middle of the ring. Who's in tonight? I'll be running late, gotta PM workout tonight, but hopefully in around 7:30

im hoping to catch the whole show live but will probably only be catching the second half of the main event.

absolutely agree with op.

so fuking tired of seeing all those mark ass, no name jobbers in the front row trying to play karaoke star every time the inner circle comes out for anything.

I’m just leaving it on in the background as I’m getting my pee pee hard for a date I got coming over tonight. This show is certainly not viagra IMO. No ones test drops even a lickle while watching anything Wednesday night wrestling?

Britt Baker just showed up. Better for test levels than doing 5 sets of 5 squats.

I pray not. AEW is known for swerves or doing things unexpected. I hope this is the case next week...

Hopefully it will be just Omega vs Pac. Their Iron Man Match was my favorite AEW match.

Didn't you read the first post? I called the ending bro, it had to end like that. MJF and the Pinnacle got chumped way too early in this program, so the only option here was a strong win for them here. Or I assume you mean the cheeseness? They could have had a young Sammy do the honors and do something more dangerous, but it needed to be Jericho to have meaning and he's 51. That is the biggest bump he can safely take.

Good match, IMO. Dusty was a genius, the War Games gives you 5 babyface comebacks guaranteed and it's a lot of fun. Glad AEW didn't fuk it up.

I just didn't like that it ended because of the Inner Circle surrendering so that MJF wouldn't throw Jericho. Pinnacle definitely needed the win. I just hope AEW has good long term plans for them.

tony k has been making the rounds recently talking about how big of a mark he is for quarterly #s. this was probably a test. if the segment performed well, i can totally see OC getting the main event spot. he pushes a lot of merchandise and the fans are very much behind him. a world title shot would be a pretty big reach for him (even with a win over jericho and if he beats pac) due to his character so eating a clean pin from kenny on ppv wouldn't really kill any of his heat.

i think it's smarter to have him in there than pac. obviously pac would be a better match, but i think the crowd will be a LOT hotter for kenny/orange. maybe they can expand it and have best friends challenge the young bucks for the tag titles at the ppv too.

main event ended how it was supposed to and was overall a good match, but the camera cutting to jericho looking around right after he took that bump was not a good look(also you could see the type joke gimmick material used that jericho fell into). dude should be acting passed out immediately after something like that and staying that way for minutes. i wonder if he was trying to talk to someone or some chit bc he should know better than that.

where does MJF go now? him v cody could be a big match for the ppv. so would him for darby for the tv title but i think they should hold off on that for a little.

Good match but the ending was kinda flat, especially with that obvious phony stunt [Saying it’s cement and then seeing it completely shatter like foam).

AEW still needs help with formulating a good ending to big moments and properly executing it.

Fun show, i liked the war games blood and guts match. Lot you could pick apart from that show. Wasnt perfect but i had fun watching it ! The right guy went over. MJF.

Whoever thought it was a good idea showing jericho go through the crash pad, should be fired. A good show is going to be ridiculed again because of the payoff at the end that wasnt the fault of the match or the wrestlers. Just like the exploding barbed wire match.

also, a lot of key things in the match were in picture in picture. didnt like it. you hype it up this much, make it commercial free.

other than that, great show !

- lol @ Julia Hart not being a member of the Hart family
- the Blood and Guts match had some spots, that were to bloody for me, but I liked it overall. Only spot, that annoyed me was Dash and Wilder tearing up the ring, while Wardlow lay in Hager's Americana - how about saving your teammate from a submission, instead of attacking inanimate matter?

Last night was my wife and I's 20th wedding anniversary, so I watched it this morning. Now watching Cardinals v Mets.

- I am all about cross promotion etc. But dude Kenny Omega is not "The Ultimate Warrior smashing Honkey Tonk in a matter of seconds, looking at him be a triple promotion champion is a bit weak in my opinion.
- Cody is always good entertainment.
- Baker v46+ Hart was cool. Always up for a dental appt.
- Concerning Jungle Boy, "Dude, who knew Luke Perry's kid would be so talented." I mean it, I know its scripted and there are spots etc. But the dude has talent.
- Pinnacle v Inner Circle was good. I always like the 2 ring aspect.

To be fair, when you look at the old mid 2000's six sided TNA Impact wrestlers now in AEW, I think it's cool, talent like Daniels, a talented cruiser weight gets to be in a bigger promotion with more money etc. Utilized better etc.
