wrist wraps: had shoulder issues preventing proper mobility due to sore ass lats and pecs. wraps made it easier to make wrist more “straight” so i could slide in further
spotter: so i don’t waste my time picking the weights off and putting the bar back up. also more reps due to feeling of safety
boxes are for cheaters who bounce off of it or can’t even hit quarter squat depth. if i’m not doing that **** in a competition i’m not doing it in training
