1st meal:
7 weet bix 2 eggs and glass of milk
2nd Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
3rd Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
4th Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
5th Meal:
3 eggs and glass of milk or water
6th Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
7th Meal:
Bowl Of continental chicken and vegetables family pack rice (125grams)
8th Meal:
7 weetbix 2 eggs and glass of milk
9th meal Whole large chicken and glass of milk or water
Saturday and Sunday
Consisted of anything you feel like really.
Whole chickens, Rump steaks, Weetabix and occasionally cheat mealsLifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

My days of going to the food center are closing in pretty quickly. No more hamburgers, chicken patty sandwiches, taco beef, chicken nuggets, fish filet, chicken breasts, popcorn chicken, cheese pizza, pancakes, french toast, eggs, and low calorie gatorade grape drink.
Now I am going on a cut where I will hopefully be doing swimming, running uphills since there is one near my house, drinking lots of green tea before I go to bed, taking muscletech hydroxcut and/or l-carniture to burn the fat into energy, and lifting to maintain my strength in general.

#1 - Chicken and broc. with ezekiel muffin
#2 - Lean ground beef on ezekiel muffin
#3 - Greek yogurt and oatmeal
#4 - Salmon with asparagus and zuccini with ezekiel muffin
#5 - Roasted potatoes
#6 - Lean ground turkey with spinach and oatmeal
I also have a banana post-workout. Currently cutting on 2350 calories. I can get up to 8 meals when I'm not cutting. I think I've even eaten 9 times when I'm in the 4200 range."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable.
