There are so many reasons for it. The food we eat is pure **** now, massive portions, everyone is always snacking on some garbage.

I also think oddly enough a big reason are pharmaceuticals. I know so many women who are "I had a panic attack..now I need SSRIs" so they pump themselves full of that and they suddenly bloat up.
