Plenty of them say that they would not recommend the vaccine for anyone that is in a low risk group - healthy, young, normal BMI; but they would still go ahead and recommend it for the individuals that are fat or old/with other issues.

The main thing that is not being address though, which would make covid not even a "Pandemic' is the issue of metabolic disfunction. If more people cared about having good blood work every year, exercised regularly, and had a good diet, we wouldn't even have covid as a major issue as data shows 4/5 people hospitalized for it were fat.

Not a medical brah, but my limited understanding is that this is actually one of the huge benefits of mRNA tech (like in Moderna) is that you can pump out vaccines much quicker than the traditional virus-based vaccines we are used to. If mRNA tech is all it is supposed to be, will greatly expedite all future vaccine development.

My understanding of the scientists (using that word loosely, in the reddit usage of the word) believe that mRNA tech *should*, in *theory*, be perfectly safe in all respects, and based on the limited testing done to date, is safe in all respects.

The problem is, the only way to say 100% definitively that there are no unpredicatble, latent, long-term adverse side effects is through long-term testing, and mRNA is so new that it has not undergone long-term testing. We are basically going through a worldwide clinical trial right now. I def do not think anyone who *wants* the vaccine should *not* take it, but saying skeptics are retards is so anti-science it is hard to wrap my head around - the scientific method literally and explicitly calls for theories to undergo testing and scrutiny before you can call them science.

BTW, don't think doctors qualify as scientists lol.
