Every DMV or government office that issues identification shows exactly how to get an ID, even if you start with nothing. Also, how many of these individuals are out there? Less than 1%? And you want to change the entire system to remain open for possible fraud over that?

Your driver's license has a photo, and you can renew your passport; you've obviously done it before if it's now expired.

Yes, you should not be allowed to vote if you're too lazy to do the bare minimum over a 4 year span.
