    Stack...Look Good? (16 Year Old)

    Alright so, yea, I have been research on this board and multiples sites for months. My diet I have gotten down, I am extrememly satisfied with my training (I have tried many many workouts and figured whats best for me), and I have decided to drop out of high school tennis due to the coaches being a failure at life, therefore back to the gym I go.

    I know, my supplements are supplementing my whole wheat, oats, milk, peanut butter ridden diet. And yes to all teen reading this those foods are key and boy to I love them. I also love dat dere tuna in a can.

    Anyway, I have put together a two month stack to bulk as much as I can.

    Multi - GNC MegaMens (Till I run out)
    After I Run out: Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men II

    Fish Oil - Members Mark Sam's Club Fish Oil
    Protein - Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey
    Weight Gainer - Allmax QuickMass, Red Steel Mill Steel Cut Oats, Milk
    Creatine - (First Month) Creapure - (Second Month) SizeOn

    I Have everything except SizeOn and Opti-Men II. I may add beta-alanine after words with GreenMag...

    Can/Should anything be changed to improve this stack? I am pretty sure its a safe, effective, proper stack for a 16 year old and I have done creatine before and I am comfortable with it.

    I am only 145 pounds, 10% bf...I would like to get up to 160 8% bf...Hard work!!! and I am Ready!

    I Already have the weight gainer...:-) I really like it and definatly helps me get in those extra calories.

    I really like the beta alanine suggestions. And I have done extensive research on it, but it only comes down to one thing...money. I'd perfer at this point to not run beta alanine. However I may plan on using GreenMag and Beta Alanine someimte around august maybe. Thanks for the suggestions!

    One real fast question...I believe that loading the cells with Creatine Mono for 4 weeks prior to using SizeOn will be effective because when SizeOn starts to kick in it will be already "pre-loaded" with creatine and SizeOn can be used to its full poteintional because it wont have to fill the cells first. Is this a good idea?
