cutting always plays tricks on me making me look flat. is there anything you guys recommend to keep full muscles? maybe creatine? thanks

I'm going through it right now. I'm 3 weeks out from my first show of the year and have to keep telling myself to just stick with the plan, just stick with the plan; it happens every time; I know it does.
And I know that when I add my carbs back during peak week, I'll fill out nicely and still be just as lean. Get to have 1.5 cups of red wine the night before to dry out a little and be shrink wrapped in the morning!
And then we get to look forward to the months of reverse dieting where carbs are a thing again and be full and lean all the time!!2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place
