best supplements to keep full on a cut?

cutting always plays tricks on me making me look flat. is there anything you guys recommend to keep full muscles? maybe creatine? thanks

In a consistent calorie deficit, you are going to be down on glycogen. Even if you try to keep carbs higher or try refeeds. Not sure there is much you can do about that. Your body adapts substrate use based on whats available.

Same thing happens to me, just embrace that when you level off your macros again you will fill out and savor those workouts are refeeds/cheats.

I'm going through it right now. I'm 3 weeks out from my first show of the year and have to keep telling myself to just stick with the plan, just stick with the plan; it happens every time; I know it does.
And I know that when I add my carbs back during peak week, I'll fill out nicely and still be just as lean. Get to have 1.5 cups of red wine the night before to dry out a little and be shrink wrapped in the morning!

And then we get to look forward to the months of reverse dieting where carbs are a thing again and be full and lean all the time!!
