Deltpecx - thank you fellow boomer lol that’s how I used to do it I think I just can’t from my iPhone safari browser maybe? I’m a computer nerd on a regular laptop/computer but iPhones and macs are so foreign to me since they are so different and I hate change lol.
Fbreaker - I actually had my arms up to 20.25” while 8-9% BF ~2 summers ago but those days are likely over do to my current situation. I’m content at this size for now lol healing and looking relatively joocy is the current game. Hoping if I regenerate/heal enough I can maybe push it in 1-2 years and do some classic shows. If not staying off dialysis and being healthy is a damn good consolation prize

I had a setback last Monday with a low back tweak, spent all last week working around that and didn't want to push as hard in the gym as I had been. Yesterday finally felt good enough to bring pulls/squats back into the fold after a week of basically upper only workouts. Hit some light rack pulls for a couple sets of 5 and some front skwaaatz with no pain.
Dropping another couple hundred cals a day to make a push this week for another pound or two before the beach Saturday, then I'll start slowly working my way back up to maintenance levels.Permabulk/bloatlord Crew

Did a 24 hour protein/creatinine test yesterday and blood work today ... now just anxiously waiting for the results to be uploaded lol I ****ing hate the waiting game. I think my protein spillage will be right around ~1000mg which is only 7x over the limit range for a normal person ... in July I was 100x over the limit range and dead basically lol. Two weeks into taking tb500 and 8 months strong with all my other kidney health supps. I want to do a bodybuilding show this summer or fall but I think I should wait one more year and see if I can finish healing ... I’m just an impatient mofo but I’d hate to undo all this progress.
9 days until Florida. Shreds are continuing to trickle in. I think I will be 7% BF for the trip. 6% will have to come after the trip
