Well Nick is a great bodybuilder and he may be Mr O one day. But in terms of value Cbum is worth way more. Nick doesn't have the personality to attract mainstream money, he's a bodybuilders bodybuilder. Chris is outgoing and aesthetic in a way that normies don't automatically get grossed out by.

Regan Grimes reminds me of Dennis James, always looked like he could be Mr O when hes off stage but never gets there

unfortunately George was more succesful because of genetics and drugs than he was because of actual lifting ability. I wouldnt copy his style of lifting, but Regan I would. Regan lifts at a very elite level, although I question his training after switching to Milos, but Milos is in a world of his own, he doesnt follow anyone else's principles and creates crazy physiques, i dont doubt his training i just am very curious about it. But hes also a genius with drugs.

he trained very specifically, he was very good at targeting muscles and very high level of execution of the target muscles. His back training videos were really good, the level of contraction he had with lats on lat movements and upper back muscles on upper back movements were amazing. That requires going lighter. But we arent powerlifters, out goal is stimulus and he focuses on stimulus not weight, which is why he is so massive.

I was a guy who used to bang out 6 plate deadlifts and 7 plate rack pulls and 10 plate per side hack squats, but I was using too many muscles and not growing EVERY muscle I wanted like my VL and my teres and rhomboids and my illiac lats, etc.... so i dropped my ego completely, removed strength from my brain completely and focused on intent, proper execution of the function of that muscle, and training to failure. I use a mental logbook to see if I performed more/better reps or more weight than the last week ONLY AFTER i perform my sets to determine if my recovery and stimulus was adequate.

On the Bro Chat podcast all the members seem to agree that you need heavy work to failure to get deeper separation at the top level. Maybe that's what Reagan is going for this Arnold. He definitely wouldn't have had time to add any significant size since he did the O and then two more shows after. So maybe its a separation and conditioning game for him this time around.

Hany talked about Reagan after the last olympia and his opinion was that Reagan could be a great bodybuilder but that he should take a year off and grow. Made sense to me.
