Spring Cutters Crew Vol. 37: The Shredz! Acquire or Acquire Not

Been low carbing it this week since im a sweet fiend and i don't get cravings when eating low carb. Dinners been a 1lb of 93/7 ground beef mixed with some egg whites with peppers and onions and sriracha. Dropped some good water weight this week with the lack of carbs.

I buy meat then come home and cut it up and freeze it.
I get the large pork loins and cut that into about a dozen 1' chops and the rest is left as a roast or two.
I do the same with beef cuts and hamburger meat.

I buy frozen fish.
If whole salmons are available at a reasonable price I buy it. Have the burcher cut it into steaks then freeze it when I get home.

I do this with chicken cuts also.
If I buy chicken roasters, whole chicken. I roast it then eat off it for a few days.
I cook the bones down and make soup stock..then into the freezer it goes.

A little bit of preparedness goes a long way to acquiring The Shredz easier.

This is srs one of the things I'm excited to get our house for. Gonna buy a deep freeze and load it up with meat that goes on sale. In communist Canada meat is pretty expensive so I often just buy whatever is on sale. The next few days I'll be having chicken drumsticks since it was $5 for a dozen. Just adjust fat in other meals accordingly. At work tomorrow I'll just have 3 drumsticks then greek yogurt.

You guys aware of two good Greek yogurt? It’s sweetened with stevia so only 2g sugar and 12 G protein. Great for those of us with a sweet tooth. Down 6 pounds, 10 to go.
