damn, I hate low back issues. got diagnosed with a "Degenerating disc" in college when I was 19 and haven't deadlifted since.

Once in a while i feel like my back is so compressed I wish they threw me in one of these to decompress (semi srs)

I actually looked into those. For a nice one it's like $300+, yeah right bro although I don't doubt it looks like it'd feel amazing

i get by from just doing dead hangs and doing a little bounce to elongate/decompress the spine. Get some great feeling cracks and pops and sometimes it feels like all pressure is relieved

I would let someone put me in a rack right now ded fukn srs. My back has been painful since my early 20s and I eventually ended up getting diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis which caused a congenital fusion of my L2-L3 and had started to effect my hands. I've been on immune system suppressants for 3 or 4 years now and my hands are much better and I can play guitar and do things like that again but my back was already too far gone

bro that sounds like hell, at least you are able to still do stuff. so jelly if people that have literally no aches and pains and get do whatever lift they want

at 2 weeks out as of last saturday, body is back to working mostly
cardio is 2x a day stairs 45 min fasted am bike 45 min night, 15k steps daily, lifting 5 days a week, leg day is done ligthly
food we cut out ALL artificial sweeteners so my diet is literally egg whites, chicken breast, cod, 2 servings asparagus, 3 servings rice. For seasonings all i use is soy sauce, valentinas hot sauce, popcorn salt, lemon juice.

Waist is shrinking by the day cleaning out all the artificials from pre workout reign, water droplets, stevia put in cream of rice, protein powder sweetener, Pump product sweetener, was using the SF hughes honey bbq on chicken just 1 tbs

Why no sweeteners man? No need to make prep a torture

Over 13k steps and about to go on my second fasted walk/jog of the day. Did legs this morning, obviously not hard enough cuz can still walk.

Woke up 175.8 yesterday, now fasted weight 167.6. The bloat is real.

Just killed half a bag of mixed nuts...fml. Did some extra cardio earlier, but definitely probably went over calories today. Guess I'll just consider it a refeed day.

I'm so hungry even after eating this chia protein bowl. I'll drink a lot of water as that will make the seeds expand and fill my stomach with fiber. I'm at 1500 calories now after the 4am low-carb tortillas.

I figure, I’m 29, May as well make the best out of the few prime years I have left, best combination of fitness, finances, energy, confidence and looks I’ll ever have.

Im on 1700-1800 calories for the day when a low cut for me is 2200. Have had a great 10 day streak too, not planning on stopping.

Have a business trip tomorrow and I’ll be gone for a few days... and it’s a relatively high demanding job physically, so I’ll do my best to stay on track. At least keep a few hundred cals of deficit to keep moving forward

Cutting carbs out from a few more meals next week. Looking at doing a BJJ tournament on June 12th (day after I turn 30) and want to get down to 220-225 at least a month before and maintain into the tournament and then water cut to 215

Down to 231lbs from 235lbs. A week ago I weighed 224lbs and I gained 11lbs back from straying off my diet. Hopped back on and this time going all the way with it. I want to get down to 170lbs. Got 61lbs to go.

Started lifting again and getting back into the gym as of last week. My transformation will happen because I will train and diet hard and I truly want this for myself.

I think it may be over me. Yesterday my back went out while I was just sitting at my desk. Had to hobble like an old man out to my truck after work. Woke up this morning and wasn't any better so I took off work and went straight to the orthopedic urgent care. They took x-rays and an MRI and I go see the spine surgeon at 1230 today. I asked them what is wrong with me and the nurse seemed concerned and said she's never seen anything like my x-rays before. Time to LDAR I guess. I was getting so close to the shreds too. Down to 187 and in the morning you could see my ab outline without any flexing. Probably only needed to lose another 5 to 10 lbs
