Monday morning check in. 196.0, down from around 204-205 5 weeks ago. A little more aggressive than I normally go but with it being a short duration (8 weeks) cut, keeping the intensity level up in the gym, and consuming adequate protonz/carbs I don't think I'll have to worry about much if any muscle loss. So far no noticeable dip in strength other than the first couple weeks, but that was expected after finishing a peaking cycle and immediately dropping cals.

I ate like absolute chit Saturday night. Wife's aunt and uncle came to town and we went out to this swanky Italian joint. I ate a metric chit ton of bread dipped in oil and then got this fried veal thing that was filled with mozzarella on top of polenta and spinach. It was off the chain

I don't actually get hungry, but as soon as I eat something it just won't stop.
The goat is if I can stick to berries and chicken while I'm high I'll think to myself "phuck ya I'm making such healthy choices" and chuckle to myself while looking like a lunatic with a face covered in berries.Eat Right. Lift Heavy. Be a Fat Manlet.

Didn't you have a sweet home gym set up? I remember floor press videos of you doing like 315? Or am I thinking of someone else?
Pull up day. +20 lbs for 14, 11, 11 then DB rowed 85s x sets of 12. I'm hopped up as phuck on ephedrine and yohimbine and haven't ate in 17 hours. Got 30 mins of biking next. Will probably just eat 1 steak and some potatoes for the whole day.Eat Right. Lift Heavy. Be a Fat Manlet.

2 plates felt heavy man. Even when I loaded up 205 I was surprised how heavy it felt. Neurologically my body just isn’t used to loads like that (no homo).
I still have it. Never got rid of it and moved into a new house last year. I have a big detached barn I workout in now and much more space for my gym stuff. I don’t know that I ever floor pressed that heavy but definitely used to flat bb bench 315 for like 3-4 reps at my best.
That’s a good looking pull day I’ll be hitting one Tomm

When I got back to the gym a few weeks ago even the oly bar felt heavy.
I'm up to 215 for reps on rack pulls.
I started back at 95 pounds.
I've been adding 10 pounds every back day.
On other days I do high rep rack pulls 135 for 4 sets of 12.
My back was so sore after Fridays high rep rack pulls...felt real good.
I missed that feeling!
I found the rack pull really helps my right shoulder mobility.
I'm slowly adding more exercises...slow but steady. She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

After the first lock down from March to June I went to my friend's house and squatted. I figured I would do 95 lbs for a set of 20 to get blood moving and see how I feel. I think I got to around 15 reps and I thought I tore my hamstring the DOMS were so instant. Strength came back slow and steady but it was insane to feel so weak.
