Example: I usually buy some cheap olives from unico but I some from a different brand that was almost double the price. Comparing the ingredients, Unico had some acids and other **** included. The other one was just water, salt, and olives.

when you've spent a good percentage of your life behind bars, you'll realize how much the human body can achieve on sub-par meals with questionable ingredients.
totally changes your perspective on caloric intake and nutrition. Basically, your body can't tell the difference between hormone infused chicken pumped with preservatives or grass fed organic meat free of artifical preservatives.
you've got inmates in there that have basically achieved the maximum potential of what a human body can achieve, and doing it all on **** food, albeit decent portions. But you don't need that much really.
As long as you understand that you have to be
A) consistent
B) it takes time , you can't do it all in 30 days, so get that out of your head
C) listen to your body, carb up when you're feeling tired or worn down, protein up when you're feeling bloated
D) go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day as much as possible.
E) you don't need to follow someone else's work out plan. Listen to your body. High volume, low weight sometimes....then low volume with high weight other times. and run, heart health is key.Start/Current/Goal
