1. What did she think would happen? You can't talk about race rationally in the United States without someone getting offended and having your life wrecked. You are only allowed to parrot the same group think line that is currently in vogue.

Thats not how it works in any lawschool I have heard of.

As someone who has been to law school and talked to other lawyers that went to many different schools. Law schools mostly use blind grading for just this reason. I'm sure Georgetown does this as well. I have friends that went there, I'll ask them next time I see them.

Typically you get a number assigned to you for each individual class. You put that number on your paper not your name. The teachers report the scores to the office with the number and the office compares the list and assigns the grade to the correct person.

This is to prevent just what you are speaking of.

But honestly. What do you expect? If you can get into a Georgetown with a 3.5 if you are African American and it requires a 3.7 if you are white and a 3.9 if you are Asian you can expect there to to be some correlation with those grades once you get into lawschool.

Anonymous grading has been the standard for a long time. Foids used to be able to fuuk their professors for better grades ...I'm sure thats what instigated this practice.

I made a thread that got deleted because I mentioned the root cause of lower performances across many industries and academia is a cultural difference. Once people realize that "skin color" has very little to do with racism in practice...they really gonna riot.

This might account for some, often though the grading is not subjective, though. Hard for a racist to count a right answer wrong on multiple choice and such, unless they'll just outright lie and do it that way.

Meanwhile, this situation is fairly widespread. Whatever the reason(s), it's in every area. Cities, rural, red states, blue, black communities, non-black, everywhere.

Racist graders could account for some in some areas, but I don't think it could solely account for anything so prevalent.
